I was happy, excited, nervous, anxious and sad all at once. I couldn’t wait to see the love of my life dressed as the groom waiting for my arrival. Yet I was so scared to walk down that aisle knowing that from that moment my life would never be the same for me or my family. I would miss them so much.”
-Shiffu Bhatia
come on ladies don’t just stand around the girl friends attempt to stay according to schedule guess it helps when your 6’3″ right before Abhishek Sehdev fell flat on his face guess the ladies aren’t getting his shoes today patiently waiting the cast after several several attempts. the boys finally got him up photo credit: Nitin S the guys got to Shiffu Bhatia’s house first. pay up ladies! for a second we thought that was a body bag Abhishek knows how long the games get at the Sehdev residence We absolutely love the Sehdev family. when shooting andrew + sandra there was no way to tell that the two of them weren’t already married. with one week left to go it’ll be a nice change to shoot their intimate wedding at the historic distillery district. especially when we are so accustom to shooting events with a 700+ guest list.

Front Page! Tribune Life + Style

Posted on August 16th, 2011 | Corporate | No Comments »

we got a call from the boys at brar sweets and they told us about their brand ambassador varinder singh. when we first met with varinder our reaction was holy shit he is huge and we need to get our fat asses into shape. a pure vegetarian, varinder is humble despite his achievements (mr. punjab, mr. india, mr. asia, mr. world and now in race for mr. olympia).

it wasn’t until last night we realized how “big” varinder singh really was…when simmi came back from India and brought with him the front page of the Tribune Life + Style Newspaper that was featuring our picture from varinder’s shoot!

the most anticipated couple

we’ve been talking about Nitin & Shiffu’s wedding for over a year now. we shot their engagement party a few months ago and sadly they did not live up to our expectations at all!!! damn were we depressed because all the ideas/poses we thought they could pull off didn’t seem do-able anymore…

after speaking to them about their performance at the engagement they told us that they were just stressed out with everything and they weren’t mentally prepared for the shoot. they promised us that they would redeem themselves at the engagement shoot and that we would not be disappointed!

we arrived to the location for the first time and all we saw were old ford windstar vans. what the hell were we suppose to do with all those broken up vans? but we began shooting anyways! we finally realized that we were at the wrong location and after another 45min drive we finally arrived.

the two of them completely rocked the shoot & did most of the directing themselves!  yes the two of you lived up to our expectations! ps. we are still recovering from those massive mosquito bites

banga twin’s prom

PROM one of the most anticipated days in any high-school girls life. when thinking of ideas for our prom shoot it was hard to decide on a concept that would capture our different personalities. then a lightbulb went off why not take pictures at home where we somewhat co-exist happily. while gurpreet (blue dress) loves escaping the hardships of life by reading and mowing the lawn, gagan (white dress) keeps her hands busy by being married to her phone. as photographers we are always behind the camera, it was nice to get the banga photography experience.

true love

we could go on forever telling you how much we loved getting to know monica + p but the list honestly would never stop. i think the images do a better job explaining how in-love they truely are!

a few days ago i need a reference for a potential future client so i thought i’d ask monica +p to tell them how their experience was when working with us and this is what she had to say…

Hi Steve!
First off, congratulations to you and Nisha!
My husband and I got married on May 6th and Banga did an amazing job with capturing all our special moments.  I cant even express how happy we are with their work!  Our main contact was Gurminder, however the entire team is pretty incredible.  They are all so creative and are able to capture the beauty in the little things.  Thats what we were looking for.  We did not want typical bridal photos.  We wanted something artistic, photos that tell our story — and thats what the team at Banga did for us!
I also should mention that not only are they great at their profession, but they were awesome in providing support for Piara and I.  We kept in contact via email and they would reply within 24 hours or less!  We always felt like we were their first priority, even though I am sure they were swamped with other events.  They really made an effort to get to know US and our story.. and it really showed in our photos.  The work speaks for itself as I am sure you saw on their website.
In terms of work ethic – no complaints there either!  We did an engagement shoot with them and they set aside their day for us and went to 3 different locations throughout toronto.  They were prompt, always professional, and really made us comfortable in front of the camera.  On our wedding day, they were great at accomodating our hectic schedule.  They let us enjoy our moments and provided direction when needed.  The photographers honestly go above and beyond to get the he most incredible shots.  I would choose Banga again and again if I could!!!    I had absolutely no issues with them and I have no doubt that they will do an amazing job for you and your fiancee!  Photography was on our top priority list and we met with close to 10 different photographers until we found him.  We felt that we needed to be comfortable with our photographers since they would be following us around all day.  I hope you choose banga to capture your moments… you won’t regret it!  I hope this helps!
Take care and good luck with the planning process!!! Soak it in!  Its going to be amazing. :)

Loblaws-Weston Bakery

Loblaws has introduced a new pilot project with its bakery department that better connects suppliers with the end consumers. The consultants working on this projected contacted us to document the processes involved that help deliver freshly produced bread on demand while still maintaining a high variety of product selection. Due to the intense competition of the grocery retailing industry we are only able to share a few selected images.
